The 10 Best Dog-Friendly Patios & Restaurants in Toronto

Toronto gives us maybe 11 good patio days a year. These spots don't just tolerate your dog — some of them have a full Korean BBQ menu for them. Not kidding.

1. Sarang Kitchen

Sarang Kitchen

📍 774 Danforth Ave, Greektown

Full Korean dog menu — "Korean Bark-B-Q" ribeye platter, fried chicken for dogs, a birthday cake, even a Pawgarita. Your dog will eat better than you. The dog menu is by reservation only at the Danforth location — email danforth@sarangkitchen.ca.

2. Black Lab Brewing

Black Lab Brewing

📍 818 Eastern Ave, Leslieville

Named after the owner's black lab, Snoopy. Dogs welcome inside the taproom and on both patios. Dog treats and a dog-specific beer on tap. No kitchen — bring your own food or catch a weekend pop-up. You'll see more dogs here than at most dog parks.

3. Lazy Daisy's Cafe

Lazy Daisy's Cafe

📍 1515 Gerrard St E, Upper Beaches

Fully fenced secret garden patio designed by HGTV's Tiffany Pratt — daisy-painted floors, hanging greenery, no leash stress. Most dog-friendly patios are just sidewalk tables. Here, the enclosed garden means your dog can actually settle in. Walk-ins only, open daily 8am–3pm.

📍 18 Tank House Lane, Distillery District

Massive patio. Misters when it's hot. Firepit when it's not. Tableside guac and tequila flights. This is the patio you bring a date to — the fact that your dog can come is just a flex. The Distillery District is also one of the best spots in the city to walk around with a dog. Cobblestone streets, no cars, everyone wants to pet your dog. It's free therapy.

They literally made a "pawtio menu." Your dog can order a Thanksgiving dinner. There is a beer called Beef Hound Ale. We are not making this up. Right on the waterfront with lake views. This place shows up on every single dog-friendly list in Toronto and honestly? It deserves it.
