Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Download Onslow's from the App Store, open the app, and tap Sign Up. You will need an email address and password. Then follow the onboarding steps to set up your pet's profile.

Is Onslow's free?

Yes. Onslow's is free to download and use. All core features including health tracking, park check-ins, community, and services are available at no cost.

How do I add a second pet?

Go to Settings and tap "Add another pet". You can switch between pet profiles from your Profile tab. Each pet has its own health data, activity log, and community presence.

How do I scan a vaccine record?

Go to your pet's profile, tap the Health tab, then tap the vaccine section. Use the camera icon to photograph your pet's vaccine certificate. We'll read the record and pull the vaccine names and dates for you.

How do I find nearby dog parks?

Open the Parks tab. The app uses your location to show nearby parks. You can check in, share current conditions, and see which other dogs are at the park.

How do I find groomers, vets, or daycares?

Open the Services tab. You can browse nearby services by category or search for a specific business. Tap any service to see community reviews, hours, and request a booking.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm twice. This permanently deletes all your data, pet profiles, activity logs, posts, and messages.

What data do you collect?

We collect only what is needed to power the app: your account info, pet profiles, activity logs, location (when you use park/service features), and community content you create. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use Onslow's for cats?

Yes! While many features are designed for dog owners (parks, grooming sessions), the health tracking, activity logging, community, and medication features work great for cats too. We have several cat-specific communities.

How do I report a bug or send feedback?

Go to Settings and tap "Report a bug" or "Send feedback". This opens an email to our support team. Include as much detail as possible so we can help quickly.

Account Deletion

To delete your Onslow's account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Onslow's app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm twice when prompted

This permanently removes your account, pet profiles, activity logs, posts, messages, and all uploaded media. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email support@onslows.cowith the subject “Delete my account” and we will process your request within 48 hours.
