Onslow's is operated by Amik Holdings Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children. This page explains our policies and practices regarding child safety.

1. Age Requirement

Onslow's is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our app is designed for adult pet parents and guardians.

2. No Child-Directed Content

Our app does not contain content, features, or functionality that is directed at children. All features — including community groups, messaging, park check-ins, and health tracking — are designed for adult users managing their pets' care.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account with a valid email address to access the app. We do not offer accounts for children, and we do not provide any child-specific user experience or parental controls, as the app is not designed for minors.

4. Discovery of Underage Users

If we discover that a user is under the age of 13, we will:

• Immediately suspend or delete the account
• Delete all personal information associated with that account
• Take reasonable steps to prevent future access by that individual

5. User-Generated Content

Onslow's includes community features where users can post text and photos. All user-generated content is subject to our Community Guidelines and is moderated for inappropriate content. We do not permit content that exploits, harms, or endangers children in any way.

6. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our pet management services. We do not collect data from children, and we do not use any data for purposes directed at children. For full details on our data practices, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Messaging Safety

Our app includes direct messaging between users. These messages are between adult pet parents and are not monitored in real-time. However, users can report inappropriate messages, and we take action against accounts that violate our guidelines.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Cloudinary for image hosting) that are compliant with applicable data protection regulations. We do not share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.

If you believe a child under 13 is using Onslow's, or if you have any concerns about child safety related to our app, please contact us immediately:
