Welcome to Onslow's. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Onslow's app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Onslow's. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onslows.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, text, comments). By posting content to Onslow's, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of the app's functionality.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Harmful to animals or promoting animal cruelty

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Community Guidelines

Onslow's is a community for pet parents. We expect all users to:

• Be respectful and kind to other users
• Share accurate information, especially regarding health advice
• Not impersonate other users or misrepresent their identity
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Onslow's provides tools for tracking your pet's health information. This information is for personal record-keeping only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.

7. Service Listings

Service listings (groomers, vets, daycares) are sourced from Google Places and community reviews. Onslow's does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality of any listed service. Use your own judgment when choosing a service provider.

8. Intellectual Property

The Onslow's app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Onslow's. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Onslow's is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on information provided by other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
